VALID PRESCRIPTION REQUIRED

You hereby certify that you have a valid prescription for the contact lenses that you are ordering. You represent and warrant to Eye Focus by placing an order that the information you enter into the Site is valid and true and matches exactly your prescription as provided by your eye care provider.

You further certify that you will renew your prescription in strict accordance with your eye care provider's suggested regime. You understand that Eye Focus will not fulfill your order unless you have a valid prescription. You hereby consent to our contacting your eye care provider, if necessary, to verify your prescription information and any other necessary information.

ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATIONS

When you visit the Site or send e-mails to us, you are communicating with us electronically. You consent to receive communications from us electronically. For reasons where we are unable to communicate electronically, we reserve the right to call and confirm orders or send information via telephone or mobile.

YOUR ACCOUNT OBLIGATIONS

You agree:

COLOUR AND PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

Although we make every effort to display our products as accurately as possible, the colour that you see depends on your display monitors. We therefore, can not guarantee the products you receive will be identical to what you see.

We do not warrant that our product descriptions are accurate, complete, current of free of errors. If you are unsatisfied with a product by us, then simply return the item unused in its original packaging for a full refund. We reserve the right to charge for freight and processing fees.

OUR RIGHTS
We may elect to electronically deny or suspend your access to part or all of our site. We may also disclose any information you supply to satisfy any laws, regulations or government request.

Because customer service is paramount to our business, we reserve the right to refuse to sell products to you if it reasonably appears to us that you intend to resell the products. In addition, we reserve the right to limit quantities of items purchased by each customer.
